QT Day 2

Since I forgot to update you after meal 4 / 4th set of pills and exercise...... Fourth meal was ok, I had baked tilapia and steamed broccoli. 4th set of pills was ok, no jitters or anything for a while. I did my exercise after then, showered and went to bed. I woke up about midnight shaking like a crazy and really nauseous. I already know its because of lack of sugar in my diet. Hopefully it will get better.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST TODAY IS SAME AS YESTERDAY, "HIGH CARB" AS PER THE GUIDELINES IN THE BOOKLET. 6 BILED EG WHITE *GAG* AND 1/3 CUP OATMEAL, AGAIN *GAG* OATMEAL WITH NO SUGAR EWWW! SO FAR SO GOOD NO NAUSEA AT ALL, HOPEFULLY IT WILL STAY THAT WAY. NO JITTERS AND YET IN DAY 2 STILL NO POOP FROM YESTERDAYS PILLS. WHAT'S GOIN ON? I SHOULD HAVE POOPED BY NOW.

I READ A COUPLE OF REVIEWS THAT SAID THE PILLS DID NOTHING BUT BACK THEM UP AND THEY WERE 2.5 POUNDS HEAVIER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED. I HOPE THAT'S NOT WHAT'S GOING ON WITH ME, BECAUSE I WILL BE PISSED. ITS ALREADY HARD FOR ME TO SHED WEIGHT, I'LL HAVE A REALLY TOUGH TIME SHEDDING EXTRA WEIGHT. UGH! IDK WE'LL SEE!

I'll update when I do meal 2 pill set 2 and whatever!
